Techno Plastic Group is a member company of Standard Engineering, whose industrial activity in Egypt dates back to 1948 in construction, steel, heavy machinery, farming and international trading.
Established in 1980, Techno Plastic began with products such as brooms, sweepers and monofilament before focusing fully on plastics.
In 2002, we opened a dedicated factory specializing in PVC compounding, reaching an annual capacity of 10,000 metric tons of rigid and flexible PVC compounds.
Today we combine this heritage with modern equipment and technical know‑how to serve customers across multiple sectors in Egypt and the region.

PVC compounding & applications

PVC resin is transformed into vinyl compound by blending it with additives, modifiers and stabilizers to achieve the required mechanical, thermal and processing properties.
Through controlled mixing, plasticization and granulation, we produce granules that can be tailored for hardness, UV stability, eco‑friendly requirements, matt or glossy finishes, transparency and resistance to rodents and termites.
Our rigid compounds provide high hardness and strength for pipes, fittings and structural profiles, while flexible compounds deliver rubber‑like properties for tubing, cables and many other uses.
